KCB General Trading and Projects ("KCB", "we", "us", "our") is a South African registered close corporation providing building, renovation, and home improvement services nationwide. Our registration details are available upon request. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and KCB.
We offer a wide range of construction and home services as described on our website. All service descriptions, prices, and timelines are indicative and may vary based on site assessment, material availability, and scope of work. A formal written quote will be provided after consultation, and the quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on the information provided; if additional work or unforeseen conditions arise, we will notify you and adjust the quote accordingly. No work will commence without your approval of the final quote.

We accept bank transfer, cash, or instant EFT. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by South African law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Unless otherwise specified, we provide a 6-month warranty on labour for defects arising from faulty workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear, abuse, or force majeure). Materials supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass on to you.
Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period, with reasonable access for inspection and repair.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the quoted labour) if we cannot reassign the team.
Deposits paid for materials are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Refunds for completed work are not applicable; however, we will remedy any defects under warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects (e.g., faulty wiring behind walls), or third-party acts. Where we perform work in occupied premises, you agree to maintain adequate property insurance.
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to KCB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate South African court in our local jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
